  OMG! I am livid! So I had a membership at Massage Envy - Atascocita that I canceled at the beginning of the year (when you have a "membership" they bill you monthly for massages and you can accumulate them if not used) However, when you cancel your membership they EXPIRE! They are not coupons or free offers. They are massages YOU have PAID for! I tried to make an appointment today (March 6). They informed me my credit expired on March 4!
  Terrible business practices. They will lose more than 59.00 from me and my friends at this point. No more Christmas Gift cards folks!
